- More serious damage that requires restoration or replacement of books will necessitate compensation.

Unfortunately, no. Our goal is to provide access to the best books for as many young readers as possible. We spent a long time carefully curating our collection and would prefer not to break it up, but we will always try to help you find a favorite book available for purchase.
Please keep the original packaging in which your books arrived— you will need it for the return.
Pack the books in the included plastic bag, place the bag in the box, and wrap the box with the included packing paper if there is extra space.
Affix the shipping label (you received it in the box with the books) over the previous label completely.
Seal the box with packing tape.
Take the package to the post office or hand it to the mail carrier; ask them to scan it in your presence— this way, you’ll know for sure that the box is on its way to us.
Once the post office accepts the package, we will notify you, and you can choose new books!
